Please meet our newest co-owner and equity partner, Joanna Morris, who has done it. Joanna is not just one of our REALTOR agents, but she is also a co-owner of our brokerage, title company and other profit centers.

Joanna became licensed in April of 2005. She originally started in the real estate industry to flip homes and eventually left her full-time job to be a full time REALTOR. Joanna loves the problem-solving aspect of the businesses and that no day is ever the same. She says the best part of real estate is closing when she has successfully helped her buyer or seller.

In August of 2017 Joanna joined us from ERA American Realty & Investments in Inverness, FL. She ultimately decided to join Realty Partners because of the opportunity to become a business owner. In the first year with Realty Partners, she made her first 6 figure income. She loves the virtual side of the business and the flexibility to run it how she would like. She says everyone is willing to help each other and she is provided with the tools to help move her business to the next level.

Joanna’s top professional goals for the next 5 years are to double her business volume, recruit more agents, and to continue to do a better job on tracking her business in order to make it more profitable.
