The virtual agent-owned brokerage based in Sarasota has already established itself in several markets in Florida, including Sarasota/Manatee, Greater Tampa Bay, Citrus & Hernando Counties, Orlando and Central FL, and now in the Fort Lauderdale and Miami markets. The distinct, agent-owned business model that Realty Partners has pioneered has gained significant momentum throughout Florida in 2018.
Founder and CEO Thomas Heimann states, “As we are continuing to expand our business throughout Florida, Miami and Fort Lauderdale were the next logical step. We will continue to expand up the Atlantic coast. We want to acquire a firm presence throughout the rest of Florida in 2019.” By summer 2018, Realty Partners had already moved into much of the Gulf Coast, ranging from Hernando down to Charlotte County. “Ultimately our goal is to establish ourselves as a leading national brokerage,” Heimann remarks. “Realty Partners wants to provide independent real estate professionals a real shot at achieving financial freedom and independence for themselves. Leading the Miami team is managing area broker, Alessandro Danieli. Having been in real estate since 1994 in 3 different countries, Danieli combines his extensive experience with his knowledge of the investment world to bring agents to success. A licensed real estate instructor, Danieli has been coaching and helping others around the world to inspire their own stories to achievement. “I’m ready for my next steps with Realty Partners,” Danieli comments. “I see the potential here, especially after owning my own company in Italy.
