Terri McCormack became a Florida licensed real estate agent in December of 2005. She enjoys helping others and being part of others’ journey to homeownership. Helping others to make their biggest investment in life has become her biggest joy.

In July of 2018 Terri came to us from New Home Programs. She joined us because she wanted to be part of a brokerage that would take her concerns into consideration, have a true retirement plan, and become an owner of an agent owned brokerage. She says she loves having ownership in a brokerage and retirement being a real possibility at a later stage in life.

Her top professional goals for the next 5 years are to help as many as possible to become homeowners before retiring.
