Please meet our newest co-owner and equity partner, Tanya Eldert, who has done it. Tanya is not just one of our REALTOR agents, but she is also a co-owner of our brokerage, title company and other profit centers.

Tanya received her broker’s license in June of 2015 when she relocated to Florida from Virginia. She previously did marketing for real estate agents for years and knew she wanted to become a REALTOR once she made her move. She loves the variety involved in real estate and says she is never bored.  

In June of 2017 Tanya came to us from Future Home Realty. She wanted to start her own brokerage but found joining Realty Partners as an easier way to have ownership in a brokerage without all the added work and legal responsibilities. Her favorite part of being with Realty Partners is her residual check she receives every Monday and working with all the “great agents” we have.

Tanya’s top professional goals for the next 5 years are to launch a Real Estate Professional Network and grow her Agent Success School to encompass other states as Realty Partners expands.
